(Qasas) 28 : 36
فَلَمَّا جَاءَهُمْ مُوسَىٰ بِآيَاتِنَا بَيِّنَاتٍ قَالُوا مَا هَٰذَا إِلَّا سِحْرٌ مُفْتَرًى وَمَا سَمِعْنَا بِهَٰذَا فِي آبَائِنَا الْأَوَّلِينَ
Then when Moses came to them with Our Signs as clear Evidences, they said: "This is nothing except sorcery, and we have not heard of this from our forefathers".
It is told in verse 61: 6: “And when Jesus, the son of Maryam said: ‘Oh Children of Israel! Indeed I am the Messenger of Lord Allah to you confirming what came before me of the Torah and bringing Herald of a Messenger to come after me, whose name is Aḥmad’; but when he came to them with clear Evidence, they said: ‘This is a manifest sorcery’”.
